Do Kizik shoes run true to size?
Yes! All Kizik styles have a standard fit that runs true to what most people normally wear. If you’re unsure, we recommend going with a half-size up.
Are Kizik shoes washable?
You can definitely clean up your Kiziks! We recommend using a soft cloth or toothbrush with dishwashing liquid and water on our mesh shoes. Rinse and air dry. Do not put your Kiziks in the dryer as the heat can cause misshaping. As for the insoles, they’re removable and machine washable, then should be air-dried.
Do Kizik shoes come in wide sizes?
We offer all adult styles in EE, as it’s the most in-demand wide size.
Do Kizik shoes have arch support?
Our standard Kizik insole has a mild arch to it. It’s also removable for customers who wear orthotics.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
No matter why you want to exchange your Kiziks, you can! As long as you haven’t worn them outside, you can send them back for free within 30 days of purchase.
